04/02/04 - College info: B.A. in Economics from Brown University (2001). Job info: I am currently a Social Studies teacher at Spruce High School. I did attempt to get job at North Dallas after graduation but there were not any openings. I am very happy to be at Spruce High School. I hope to become the principal of North Dallas High School one of these days. Influence: Mrs. LaPrade, Mrs Antinone, and Mrs. Dumerer they helped to elevate me to the next level. Kenji, Big Mike, Quan, Hector, Lil Juan, Freedy R., and Bubba we had good times. All the coaches that pushed me everyday especially Reyes, Bustos, Black, Mendez, Taylor, and Carter (RIP). His name is Elias Sebastian Torres Job info: I work for KPMG, Tax Law Firm in Downtown Dallas. Hobbies: I play indoor soccer at Mesquite Soccer Center on Thrusday nights and Helen. I love to dance still and yes still a hoochie mama...lol j/k Influence: I can say the teacher infulence to go to school is Mr Taylor because he said i will never make it to college and I did. Also Mr Munoz (the principal believed in me even when i didnt walk the stage and I never gave up on my TASS math test) and I passed in the summer of 1997. I was so happy! I won three scholarships as well, one from Savings of American $4000.00, 500.00 NDHS Alumni, 500.00 from Dallas Peace Officer. Things Different: I would change in High school, is to get to know more people than what i did and not be so negative at times with people. I know we all have clicks who we hung out in high school, but we are all at school to learn and accomplish our goals in life whatever it is.
