Here's a little finnish for you! Easy to read isn't it?!
Kuuntelja-PALAUTTEITA= Listners FEEDBACK
KRYSTITYT YHDESSA RY=Christians United Association
Aalloilla=The Swelling Wave Magazine. Finnish is often very hard to
translate literally, but this is close enough. It means something like
bringing you more and more Good News in powerful waves!
Uutislehti means: Newsletter.
Huhtikuu=April in finnish.
I wanted to share this with you from Radio Dei's
Magazine (the christian broadcasting company that I do my weekly
Missions radio program for)...
Below in finnish is one
listeners response to Fat City! and to Gospel Flow! It is very
encouraging to read that people are receiving of the Lord through music
and the Living Word on the program.
I am still recording the program, on MiniDisc, while recovering in
bed! Oh for the blessings of technology! Someone then is kind enough
to post the Disc to Radio Dei's headquarters in Helsinki and from there
it is broadcasted each week. The Gospel SHALL go forth and with power!
Remember, you can hear it there in your city, via the internet. So log
on to my website and there is all the info as to how to hear it there at
home.
The radio listner says in their reply that:
"KIIITOS!!!!! JA KIIIIIITOS!"= THANKS AND THEN TRIPLE THANKS!
They go on to say that a very special thanks= (Erityiskiitokset) to
Christian-Charles de Plicque and ( also the other black gospel show)
called: "Gospel Flow". The Fat City! show is dynamite, his voice (Risto-Kalles')
is easy to listen to and I love the english black gospel vocals! It is
so great to hear good gospel music = (hengellisen),that is so positive
on such a program! Wau!=well...Wow! That is one finnish word that
probably does not need translation eh?! They go on to say that this
program really strengthens ones' faith= (usko) and the program continues
to be very interesting.
Well the listeners feedback speaks of other things too and then it ends
their comment with:
Siunausta työhönne ja viela kerran KIIIIIIIIITOSSSS!!!!!!!
= God bless your work (Sinunausta=God bless you), your work=tyohonne),
and yet again=ja viela kerran, THANKS A BUNCH!=Kiiiiiitossss!!!
The normal way to that thanks is written in finnish is: Kiitos. But this
person REALLY likes the shows!
It is because of your support and prayers for
Angel House International Missions Ministries Association over the
years, that the good reports keep coming!
Be encouraged and
again, thank you for all you do in the name of Jesus!
Your brother,
"Risto-Kalle" (Christian-Charles)
