Randi; Brooke, Ben, & Brock Job info: Business manager for
Ardmore United Methodist Church for many years;
Business manager for First Presbyterian Church in Bella Vista
until retirement. She was
very active in the Walk to Emmaus program both in Ardmore and Bella
Vista. After retirement: Zoë Ann never had
the opportunity to enjoy her retirement.
Instead she battled ovarian cancer until her death on May 19,
2006. Hobbies: Her lovely artworks and her family and
friends Friends:
Patsy Pittman; Pat Womack; Chancey Miller; and many others that she
could name, but I can not. Comments: Zoe Ann had an
extensive network of friends and supporters.
She is greatly missed.

07/20/2001 - Don and his wife, Lucie have four children, three boys and a girl, and six grandchildren, four girls and two boys. He worked for Dr Pepper Bottling Co. of Texas since 1963. He is not retired yet but looking forward to it. Don likes going to baseball games, playing golf and riding his Harley. He says that if he could attend High School again he would pay more attention to the teachers. |

wholesale fishing and tackle business for 33 years retiring in 1995.
Hobbies: I enjoy volunteering
wherever I am needed, my grand-children, traveling, and any outdoor
activity Influence: Minnie Roberts, English teacher stands out in my mind
more than anyone. She was a treasure.
Things Different: I would
have gotten into sports more. I would have gotten prepared for college

04/15/01 - After ND Tillie continued with her higher learning
attending Baylor University where she received her Bachelor of Science
then on to the East Texas State University where she completed and
received her Master of Engineering. Tillie retired recently from a 30
year career as a high school teacher. Her passions are tennis and
reading. She stays close to an endless source of reading material by
being a part time librarian. What spare time she finds is devoted to her
tennis game. |

He attended the University of Central Oklahoma and received a BA with a triple major: (Psychology, Sociology, English) His children are Marc Daniel DOB. 02/20/65, Monica Lynn DOB. 12/13/66, Teresa Beth DOB. 05/15/70, Paul Michael DOB. 06/13/73. Michael owns the Escalante Financial Group - Insurance Planning, Escalante Trading Co. - Import/Export - Components and Implements for agricultural machinery - The Worksource, Inc. - Hispanic Workforce Specialists Radio Encounter International, Inc. - Christian Broadcasting into the most remote areas of Latin America and the World. Planting Radio Stations. Distributing Fix-Tuned, Solar Power Transistor Radios. After retirement, he plans to spend time loving and enjoying his wife Linda and introducing my best friend, Jesus Christ, to others. At NDHS, Michael says that his greatest influences came from Ruth Crawford, Arthur Harris, Harmon Porter, Minnie Roberts, and William Tardy. |

Steen, Allen

2/16/2005 - Allen went to the University of Texas where he became a training manager for the Longhorns. He trained in Karate in Austin under Jhoon Rhee in Tae Kwon Do and became one of Mr. Rhee's top students and instructors. Allen built his own martial arts organization in Texas and is considered in the martial arts community to be one of the pioneers of American karate. Allen won fighting championships at the prestigious Long Beach International Championship tournament and in his day was recognized as one of the top fighters in the country, competing in with fighters such as Chuck Norris. - Stuart received his Bachelor of Business Administration from
the North Texas State University and his Masters at Southern Methodist
University completing the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business
Administration from the North Texas State University. Stuart currently holds the Alico
Chair in Marketing at the Florida Gulf Coast University. When spare time
permits Stuart can be found either boating, golfing or just relaxing on
the Florida beaches. Stuart's family is made up of Paige, Steve, Stacie
with 2 grandchildren Ashlyn and Ethan. |

Barbara and her spouse, Charles R. Norris have two children: Rebecca Lynn Smith, married with two children, lives in Montana and Tracie Annette Williams, married with one child, lives in Denver. Barbara received her B.S. degree from East Texas State University, Commerce. She worked in the Savings Loan industry from 1959 until 1974. Then she became a full time mom and housewife until about 1979. She and her family started a carpet cleaning company in 1979 and kept the business going with her sisters until 1983. Barbara then returned to school and graduated from ET in 1986 and started her teaching career in Quinlan, Texas. Charles worked in retail sales and retired in 1993. Barbara is still teaching at this time. Her hobbies are reading, spending time with friends and family and spoiling the grandkids. Barbara said that NDHS gave her lifetime friends that she cherishes. The influence of the teachers and their desire to help each student were greatly appreciated. |
