NORTH DALLAS WISH LIST

Here are items needed at North Dallas, which were on their Wish List.  We are presenting them with a check for $5000 to be used for a new auditorium curtain, an auditorium switchboard, & sets of dictionaries &/or thesauruses.    If you wish to make a further donation toward any item, or if you would like to donate a particular item personally, we will be happy to accept your check & handle the gifts.  A personal item will be labeled as coming from you, your name, & also the class year.

• Dictionaries & thesauruses for classrooms, $7-$15 each, need sets of 25 (@ $15=$375 per set)

• Overhead projector screens for classrooms, $150, 10  ($1500)

• Performance tiers for choir, $200 each, 4  ($800)

• Transparency maker machine, $350, 4  ($1400)

• Band instruments

          - guitars, $350 each, want 3

          - bass, $650, 1

          - clarinets, $200 each, 5

          - saxophones, $300 each, 2

          - flutes, $350 each, 3

          - drum head set $200, 2

• Weather Net, to tie into Channel 5, includes instruments, software, automated weather station, for Science dept, $4000

• Water distillation apparatus, allows science dept to distill all of own water, $1500

• Window blinds for classrooms $250, per room

• Carpeting for parent/community center to open next year, $3500

• Special Ed wants a coat rack ($100) & a cube center for storing students materials ($500)
